The Deputy Director of Adults and Health has -
a) Approved the award of a contract for the supply of overhead
tracking hoists and the repair, service, and maintenance distinct
items of equipment for daily living. The contract will commence on
1st September 2024 to 1st November 2028 for a maximum contract
value of £1,805,000 across 5 lots based on schedule of
rates.
b) Noted that the award per lot will be made against the schedule
of rate submitted, for:
Lot 1 and 2: Prism UK Medical Ltd
Lot 3: Prism UK Medical Ltd
Lot 4: Essential Healthcare Solutions (UK) Ltd
Lot 5: Essential Healthcare Solutions (UK) Ltd
c) Recognised that Appendix 1 should be designated exempt from
publications in accordance with Access to Information Procedure
Rule 10.4(3).
d) Noted that the Service Delivery Manager Assisted Living Leeds
will be the officer responsible for the mobilisation and
implementation and contract management for Lots 1, 2 & 5 and
Council’s representative from Care Delivery and Active Leeds
services will be the officer responsible for the mobilisation and
implementation and contract management for Lots 3 & 4.
