Purpose

Approval to enter into a £1,640,000
Brownfield Housing Fund Grant Agreement with West Yorkshire
Combined Authority (WYCA) to support the delivery of New Build
Council Housing at Hough Top Court, LS13.
A further decision report (Publishable Admin
decision) is also being prepared for consideration by the Chief
Asset Management and Regeneration Officer in relation to entering
into an NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract via the SCAPE
Consultancy Built Environment framework for the construction of 82
new council homes in the Pudsey Ward.
