The Chief Officer Asset Management and
Regeneration has agreed to include the site in the List of Assets
of Community Value on the basis that the criterion in Section
88(1)(b) of the Localism Act 2011 has been met and therefore the
site should be added to the List of Assets Nominated by Successful
Community Nominations.

It is considered reasonable to conclude that it is realistic to
think that there can continue to be non-ancillary use of the site
which will further (whether or not in the same way) the social
wellbeing or social interests of the local community, in accordance
with Section 88(1)(b) of the Localism Act.
