The Director of Communities, Housing and
Environment agreed to:

a) Approve the two-year extension of the contract with St
Anne’s Community Services for the St Anne’s Resource
Centre from 1st April 2025 –31st March 2027 for a value of
£420,000

b) Approve the variation of the contract using Regulation 72 (5) of
the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for a total of £22,000
for 2 years.
