Purpose

This report seeks
approval for the introduction of car park charging in the public
car parks Marsh Street (Rothwell), Netherfield Road (Guiseley),
Barley Hill Lane (Garforth), Fink Hill (Horsforth), Wilderness
& Station Gardens (Wetherby), along with approval to commence
the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) procedure.  There is statutory public consultation as part of
the TRO procedure.
