The Chief Officer Asset Management &
Regeneration has approved that Land at Gipsy Lane:
1) is to be declared surplus to Council requirements.
2) is injected into the Council’s Capital Receipt Programme
to be disposed on the open market by auction.
3) That a right of way be granted over the unadopted highway on
Gipsy Lane as shown on plan 18793/Q.
