It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED to approve the extension of the contract for a Young People’s Substance Misuse and Sexual Health Service with WayThrough (previously known as Humankind) for a period of two years, from 1st April 2025 until 31st March 2027. The cost of the contract during this extension period will be £916,096 (£458,048 per year), or £2,718,921 over the five-year lifetime of the contract (1st April 2022 to 31st March 2027).
