It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED:       i.                  To note the responses to the consultation set out in section 5 of the report.    ii.                  To authorise the Director of Law and Corporate Governance to confirm the non-immediate Article 4 Direction, which removes permitted development rights for the change of use from commercial, business and service use (Use Class E) to residential use (Use Class C3).   iii.                  To authorise the Director of Planning to carry out the statutory notification of the decision to confirm the Article 4 Direction.  iv.                  To note the financial and legal implications of making the Article 4 Direction set out in Sections 6 and 7 of the report.
