(i)
To award a contract to Housing 21 for the delivery of Extra Care
services at Conrad Court for three years up to 30 April 2028, at an
annual cost of £820,635.92, and a total
of £2,461,907.76 for the full
3 years of the contract noting that the contract will be entered
into after 24th February 2025.
(ii)
To delegate to the Executive Director for Adult Social Care &
Health to agree the details of the contract terms.
