To agree extensions of the following contracts:

St Mungo’s - Newstead Road from 31/03/2025 to
31/03/2027 with a value of £472,852 per annum, and
£945,704 across the 2 years for the provision of supported
housing for adults with complex needs.

Thames Reach IHASS from 31/03/2025 to 31/03/2027 for
£307,853 per annum, £615,706 across the 2 years for the
provision of intensive tenancy sustainment focused floating
support.

Marsha Phoenix Memorial Trust from 31/03/2025 to 31/03/2027
for £253,002 per annum, £506,004 across the 2 years for
the provision of floating support for young people.
