That the report be noted. The Committee also agree to recommend
that:

affordable workspaces should be exempt from CIL.
·        
further consideration be given to the charges for industrial land
uses.
·        
work should take place to ensure that the payment of CIL was not a
barrier to bringing forward developments on small sites/by small
developers – and that the options for small developers to pay
in instalments should be considered.
