It was MOVED, SECONDED and
RESOLVED:
 

•                    
To approve the procurement of a
single provider or a lead provider within a consortium to operate a
concession for: a full repair and maintenance lease (FM/PPM/RRM)
also including responsibility for the operational management of the
building and the provision of a café and Business
Hub/workspace at Lewisham Library for a minimum period of 5 years
with option to extend for up to 5 years, up to the value set out in
part 2 of the report.

•                    
To approve the award of the
contract and lease to the preferred provider to operate the
concession described in 2.1.a above.

•                    
To delegate authority to the
Executive Director for Place (in consultation with Director of Law
and Corporate Governance and the Cabinet Member for Culture and
Communities) to select the preferred service provider in accordance
with the selection and award criteria published in the tender
documentation and agree the final form of contract and
