proposed the motion, which was seconded by Councillor
Davis.
Councillor Shrivastava proposed an amendment
which was seconded by Councillor Tam. This amendment was not agreed
and it FELL.
 
 The substantive motion was agreed and
therefore CARRIED.
 
Bring Thames Water back
into public ownership
 
Councillor Shrivastava proposed the motion, which was
seconded by Councillor Tam.
 
An amendment to the motion was moved by
Councillor Jackson and seconded by Councillor Moore.
 
 
The amendment to the motion was agreed and
became the substantive motion which was CARRIED.
