It was MOVED, SECONDED and
RESOLVED:
 

•                      
To approve the procurement and
award of contracts for local Primary Care LARC Provision, under the
Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023,
Most Suitable Provider Process, commencing on 1 April 2026 for a
period of 5 years with an estimated total contract value of
£1,200,000.

•                      
To delegate authority to the
Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health (in consultation
with the Director of Adults Integrated Commissioning and the
Director of Law and Corporate Governance) to select the preferred
providers in accordance with the selection and award criteria and
agree the final form of contract.
