It was MOVED, SECONDED and
RESOLVED:
 

•                    
To note that the Council and
Guildmore (Ladywell) Ltd entered into an agreement for lease for
the development of the Ladywell Playtower.

•                    
To note that due to viability
issues the agreement for lease will terminate.

•                    
To agree that exercising the
withdrawal of reserve bidders status be delegated to the Executive
Director of Place in consultation with the Director of Law and
Corporate Governance and the Cabinet Member for Inclusive
Regeneration and Planning.

•                    
To agree the new process outlined
at paragraph 7 of the report to seek a replacement restoration
partner for Ladywell Playtower.

•                    
To note that it is intended that a
report will be brought to Mayor and Cabinet in the Autumn/Winter of
2026 with a recommendation to approve the selection of the
preferred restoration partner of the Ladywell Playtower.

•                    
To agree the new process outlined
in the report at paragraph 6 to seek a replacement restoration
partner of the Ladywell Playtower.
