It was MOVED, SECONDED and
RESOLVED:
 

•                    
To approves the procurement and
award of a 3-year Mechanical, Electrical, Building Fabric and Fire
& Security service contracts, commencing on the 1st April 2026,
with an option to extend for up to a further two years at the
Council’s discretion.

•                    
To delegate authority to Executive
Director of Corporate Resources (in consultation with Director of
Law and Corporate Governance and the Head of Facilities Management)
to select the preferred provider in accordance with the selection
criteria and award criteria published in the tender documentation
and to agree and enter into the final form of contract.
