RESOLVED
That the following declarations be
noted:

•        
Councillor Billy Harding declared
an interest as an employee of Southwark Law Centre, a community law
centre which represents some Lewisham tenants, but stated that he
does not involve himself in any cases involving Lewisham
tenants.

•        
Councillor Pauline Dall declared
an interest as she undertakes casework for a local Member of
Parliament, and while she does not give advice, she makes enquiries
to the Council on housing matters on behalf of
constituents.

•        
Councillor Dawn Atkinson declared
an interest as a service manager for Community Advice Works, a
charity in New Cross which often provides housing
advice.

•        
Councillor Liz Johnston-Franklin
declared an interest in that a member of her family is a
leaseholder with Regenter B3.

•        
Councillor Stephen Penfold (Chair)
declared an interest as a Director of J49, a registered social
housing provider which operates in Lewisham, and as a consultant
for the Citizens Advice Bureau, where he undertakes housing work
