RESOLVED
That the report be noted alongside with the
following recommendations:
 
- An in-person all-member briefing on being a
corporate parent be held within four months of the council
elections.
 
- Reporting work undertaken to support the
welfare of carers and foster parents be formalised, including
reporting on how their voices are centred in the council's work as
corporate parents.
