The Mayor and Cabinet approved the procurement and award of contracts for adults' and children's case management systems on 09 September 2026. Authority was delegated for provider selection and contract award to the Executive Director for Children and Young People, in consultation with other directors. If implementation by April 2027 is not possible, authority was delegated to extend current contractual arrangements for up to 12 months.
