Mayor and Cabinet
• Endorsed the Business Plan 2026/27 of Lewisham Homes Limited, the council’s wholly owned housing company; And
• Agreed to the refinancing of the £10m loan maturing on 31 March 2027, and delegated to the Executive Director for Finance, Digital and Corporate Resources to agree the terms of this loan with Lewisham Homes Limited, in consultation with the Director of Law and Corporate Governance.
