The Planning Committee A of Lewisham Council decided to authorise the Head of Planning to grant planning permission for part demolition, alteration, and change of use of the existing building into a house in multiple occupation. This decision was made on 23 June 2026. The permission is subject to the completion of a satisfactory legal agreement.
