Mayor and Cabinet
• Approved the Council delivering the WorkWell programme through its in-house service, Lewisham Works.
• Approved entering into a s256 agreement with NHS South East London Integrated Care Board at a value that does not exceed £1,234,268 and delegate authority to the Executive Director for Place, in consultation with the Director of Law and Corporate Governance, to finalise and enter into the Section 256 agreement.
• Delegated authority to the Executive Director for Place, in consultation with the Director of Law and Corporate Governance, to enter into any necessary agreements with Primary Care Networks or their relevant contracting bodies to deliver WorkWell, within the approved funding envelope and the Council’s procurement and governance requirements.
