The Mayor and Cabinet approved the Besson Street Business Plan Update on 09/09/2026. They approved the Annual Besson Street Business Plan 2026/2027, delegated authority to the Executive Director for Place to implement it, and approved the extension of the Pre-Development Loan Agreement and Option Agreement to 1 October 2027. The Mayor and Cabinet also approved the appointment of Nnenna Urum-Eke as a Member Representative and Director, and agreed to enter into a Deed of Indemnity with her.
