RESOLVED:

that after
implementing the suggested changes to the Charter, it be presented
to patient forums/ panels in the borough with the assistance of
community champions and Healthwatch, allowing for the collection of
public feedback. Following that, the Charter be submitted to the
Health and Wellbeing Board for agreement.
