The Children and Young People Select Committee of Lewisham Council noted the report on 15 September 2026. The committee acknowledged ongoing work to improve annual review practice for Education, Health and Care Plans. This included creating an annual review officer post, providing training materials, setting up team platforms and a dedicated email address, and implementing a tracking and performance monitoring system.
