RESOLVED to
 
•           
Adopt the Community Asset Policy.
 
•           
Approve the grant of leases for seven community assets (as
set out in this and Part 2 report) and delegate authority to the
Executive Director for Place to approve the final lease
terms.
 
•           
Approve officers to use an Expression of Interest process to
identify suitable management organisations for three community
assets (as set out in this report).
