That the Committee would refer its views to Mayor and Cabinet,
as follows – the Committee
recommends that the Council open discussions with the
Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government about actions
which can be taken to stabilise the HRA Budget should sufficient
overspend reductions and once-off-funding not be
identified.
