(i)       To
note the current financial forecasts for the year ending 31 March
2025, and that the Executive Management team continue to work on
bringing forward further cost reduction measures to address the
current financial position and deliver on those already
proposed.

(ii)      To note
that the shortfall in savings and cost reduction measures
identified will mean that the 2025/26 budget will need to be set
using reserves, and that the balance will need to be added to the
2025/26 savings gap.
