The Mayor MOVED, Cllr Dacres SECONDED and it was RESOLVED to
exclude the press and public from the meeting in accordance with
Regulation 4(2)(b) of the Local Authorities (Executive
Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information)(England)
Regulations 2012 and under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local
Government Act 1972 on the grounds that the remaining items
involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in
paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the Act, and the public
interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest
in disclosing the information.
