Purpose

As discussed and approved at

Full Council in July 2023 Lichfield District Council is
enhancing its package of benefits to staff to include private
health insurance, in response to the significant recruitment and
retention challenges local government faces.
 

Decision

The Leader of the Council awarded the one year
contract for private health insurance for staff of Lichfield
District Council to AXA Health.
