Decision

1.1       To approve the
launch of the homelessness giving scheme as detailed in this paper
and to delegate any final amends to the Cabinet Member for
Community Engagement in partnership with the Director of Resident
& Business Services. 
 
1.2       To delegate the
potential launch of text giving to the Cabinet Member for Community
Engagement in partnership with the Director of Resident &
Business Services, provided the costs can be met from within the
scheme.
