Purpose

To allocation 2 sections of
park land to create mini nature reserves.

Decision

1.1          
The Cabinet Member for
Operational Services, Parks & Waste (in consultation with the
Director for Resident and Business Services and Monitoring Officer)
has decided to go ahead with the proposed leases on these two
sections of land, as agreed in principle by the Cabinet on
04/12/2024.

1.2          
These are two, forty-year leases on sections of
Beacon Park and Redwood Park, for the delivery of biodiversity
enhancement works.
