Decision

The Cabinet Member for Finance and
Commissioning approved the renewal of Microsoft EA (enterprise
agreement) Licencing and Award of contract to Ultima Business
Solutions via the CCS Aggregation Framework for a 3 year term with
optional 1 year extension, using SPA24 discounts.
