Purpose

Approval is sought for the
allocation of S106 financial contributions tied to ‘Land at
Limburg Avenue, Lichfield’ (14/00465/FULM) towards the
Stychbrook Leisure Centre and for a Deed of Variation to be made to
the existing Section 106 Agreement altering wording to reflect this
allocation.

Decision

The Cabinet Member for Housing and the Local
Plan approved the allocation of £131,341 of the ‘Social
and Community Facilities Sum’ in the Section 106 Agreement
for ‘Land at Limburg Avenue’ (14/00465/FULM) towards
the new leisure centre at Stychbrook Park, Lichfield, and for a
Deed of Variation to be made to the existing Section 106 Agreement
which directs the Social and Community Facilities Sum towards this
purpose.
