Purpose

Lichfield District Council
received £120,261 UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) capital
funding for 2025/26.  It funds capital
projects for small businesses and community infrastructure that
will support new and existing rural businesses to develop new
products and facilities that will be of wider benefit to the local
economy. This includes farm businesses looking to diversify income
streams.
 
Following an expression of
interest (EOI) and application process, it is proposed to award
funding to 7 businesses.
