Cabinet:
1.1.  
Approved the transfer of 28 properties on the
Cricket Lane development from Persimmon Homes to the council and to
note these will be accounted for on the council’s balance
sheet as donated assets.

Approved the use of these properties as social
rented housing, to be allocated to applicants from Lichfield
District Council’s housing register or referred by the
homelessness team.

Delegated authority to the Chief Executive in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and Local Plan to
finalise the terms of the transfer subject to agreement of the
specification.

Noted that Lichfield West Midlands Traded Services
