exercise was undertaken to appoint a qualified and experienced
Contractor to convert 36A Bore street from 3 flats into 5 studio
apartments.
 
Jefferies Contractors Ltd
scored the highest on both Cost and Quality during
evaluation.
 

Decision

Approval was given to award a contract to
Jefferies Contractors Ltd with a value of £348,170.90 to
complete the conversion works to 36A Bore Street as tendered for.
Due to the age of the building an additional £35,000 has been
put aside as contingency for the unknown
