Purpose

Decision
1. To reallocate £125,373.93 of Section
106 funds related to development on land at Easthill Farm, Fradley (07/00774/OUTM) to Fradley
Parish Council for two proposed projects by the Parish Council.
These are ‘Project 1 - further develop the Fradley Community
Recreational Area at Hay End Lane Park’ and ‘project 2
- improve community and visual cohesion by developing
Fradley’s visual identity and sense of place’.
2. The definition within the legal agreement
for these monies is to support ‘the provision for new or
improvements to existing social recreation, education, community
and health facilities within the District of Lichfield’. The
two aforementioned projects are
considered to be in accordance with the definition of the Section
106 agreement.
