Purpose

2.1 Lichfield District Council is in
receipt of £16,384.92 of developer contributions to
support‘improvements to and/or provision of public
open spaces within the vicinity of the Development and within the District of
Lichfield’ secured through the Section
106Agreement associated with the planning application 14/00683/OUTM
(Land at LichfieldRoad, King's
Bromley).

2.2 These Section
106 funds have not yet been allocated to be spent.
 
2.3 As such
it’s recommended that Section 106 funds are allocated to
Kings Bromley Parish Council proposed project ‘Kings Bromley
Village War Memorial Open Space Improvements’.
 

Decision

1.1 To allocate
£16,384.92 of Section 106 funds
related to residential development land atLichfield Road, King's Bromley (14/00683/OUTM)
to Kings Bromley Parish Council for aproposed
project by the Parish Council. The project is 'Kings Bromley
Village War Memorial Open Space
Improvements’.
1.2 The
definition within the legal agreement for these monies is to support
‘improvementsto and/or provision of public open spaces within the vicinity of the Development andwithin
the District of Lichfieid’. The aforementioned
project is
considered
io
be
inaccordance
with the definition of the Section 106 agreement.
