Planning Committee

The Planning Committee is responsible for considering and making decisions on planning applications submitted to the City of Lincoln Council. It allows members of the public and applicants to present their views on proposed developments. Public speaking is permitted under specific procedures, with time limits for speakers. Councillors may speak on behalf of the community but are then excluded from voting on that specific application.
