That the procurement of a new contract for the collection and
treatment of street cleansing residues with effect from 1 April
2025, be approved.

That authority be delegated to the Executive Director –
Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Waste and
Trading Standards, to take all decisions necessary to progress the
procurement up to and including determination of the final form
contract and the award and execution of the contract and such other
documentation as necessary to deliver the procurement.
