Decision

(1) 
That the Leader of the Council approves the scheme for the
Lincolnshire Museum redevelopment of the main gallery and former
public engagement space (Scheme) as detailed in the report.

 
(2) 
That the Executive Councillor for Fire and Rescue and Cultural
Services:
 

i)              
Approves the appointment of the preferred contractor via the award
of a call off contract from the Pagabo Smal Works Dynamic
Purchasing System for delivery of the Scheme as detailed in the
report; and

ii)             
Delegates authority to the Executive Director – Place, in
consultation with the Executive Councillor for Fire and Rescue and
Cultural Services, to take all decisions necessary to progress the
Scheme up to and including determination of the final form contract
and the award and execution of the contract and other documentation
necessary to deliver the Scheme resulting from the procurement
process.
