Decision

(1) 
That the Leader of the Council Approves the Scheme for resurfacing
works at A15 Dunsby (Scheme) as detailed in the report.

 
(2) 
That the Executive Councillor for Highways, Transport and IT:
 

(i)            
Approves the undertaking of a procurement process for delivering
the Scheme; and

(ii)           
Delegates authority to the Executive Councillor for Place, in
consultation with the Executive Councillor for Highways, Transport
and IT, to take all decisions necessary to progress the Scheme up
to and including determination of the final form contracts and the
award and execution of those contracts and other documentation
necessary to deliver the Scheme resulting from the procurement
process.
