1.   
That the undertaking of a procurement process for the provision of
professional consultancy services via a framework route for LVIA
advice connected to all stages of the NSIP process where the
Council is a host of adjoining authority, be approved with such
contract to be for the approximate value of £750,000 and for
the duration of 12 months with the option to extend for an
additional 24 months.

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director –
Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for
Environment, to take all decisions necessary to progress the
procurement up to and including determination of the final form of
contract, and the award and execution of the contract and such
other documentation necessary to deliver the procurement of
services.
