Decision

1.   
That the Executive Councillor for Resources approves the Scheme for
a highway drainage upgrade at Mount Lane, Kirkby la Thorpe as
detailed in the report.

 
2.   
That the Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport:

 

a)   
approves the undertaking of a procurement process for delivery of
the Scheme; and

 

b)   
delegates authority to the Executive Director – Place, in
consultation with the Executive Councillor for Highways and
Transport, to take all decisions necessary to progress the Scheme
up to and including the final form of contracts and the award and
execution of those contracts and other documentation necessary to
deliver the Scheme resulting from the procurement process.
