Decision

1.   
That the forecast outturn position for revenue and capital be noted
and the mitigations being progressed be noted.

That the update provided in respect of matters relating to the
2026/27 financial planning process, including an update on the
review of Council finances be noted.

That the updated reserve statement and development fund forecast be
noted.

 
4.   
That the changes to the revenue budget and capital budget which had
been made under delegated powers be noted.
