Decision by the Executive
Councillor for Resources:
 
That the Scheme for
the construction of a replacement classroom at Fleetwood Lane
Primary School, as detailed in the report, be approved.
 
Decision by the Executive
Councillor for Children’s Services:
 

1.   
That the undertaking of a Public Contracts Regulations (PCR)
Framework procurement process for delivery of the Scheme using a
“call off” from the framework by awarding a contract to
one of the pre-qualified suppliers, be approved; and
 

2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director of
Children’s Services, in consultation with the Executive
Councillor for Children's Services and the Executive Councillor for
Resources, to take all decisions necessary to progress the Scheme
up to and including determination of the final form contract and
the award and execution of the contract and other documentation
necessary to deliver the Scheme resulting from the procurement
process.
