Councillor for Resources:
 
That the funding
mechanism for the delivery of the King Charles III England Coast
Path Gibraltar Point Bridge (Scheme) as detailed in the report, be
approved.
 
Decision by the Executive
Councillor for Highways and Transport:
 
1.   
That the entering into of a contract for the delivery and
construction of the Scheme be approved.

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director –
Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Highways
and Transport, to take all decisions necessary to progress the
Scheme up to and including the determination of the final form of
contract and the award and execution of the contract and such other
documentation necessary to deliver the Scheme.
