Decision

1)   
That an Appointments Panel be established for the purpose of Chief
Officer recruitment;
2)   
That the Terms of Reference, as set out at appendix A to the
report, be agreed for inclusion in the Constitution;
3)   
That the Authority make the appointments to the Panel as per the
agreed Terms of Reference.
