Decision by the Executive
Councillor for Resources:
 
That the Scheme for
the provision of a two-bed Step Forward Children’s
(‘Scheme’) as detailed in the report, be approved.
 
Decision by the Executive
Councillor for Children’s Services:
 
1.   
That the acquisition of a suitable property for the purposes of the
Scheme be approved, and

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director –
Children’s Services, in consultation with the Executive
Councillor for Children’s Services, to take all decisions
necessary to progress the Scheme, up to and including the entering
of agreements for the acquisition of a suitable property and other
documentation necessary to deliver the Scheme.
